This is a very efficient machine to automatically cut and mark webbing and belts. It is very easy to operate, you just need to place the webbings on the machine, program the desired cut length, adjust the marking points and press the start button.
The cutting and marking process can be done automatically. The stacking is done manually. As this M/C is running with the microprocessor controller manual counting is not required. This counter is having built in shift counter, error setting, set roll Qty etc.
To provide good operating conditions, the material has to be rolled properly. The belt rolls are placed inside the roll containers, which are placed on the backside of the machine.
The working output depends on the cut length. The running speed is 65 meters/minute. Cutting and marking is finished in 2 seconds.
