This machine is used to wrap a fabric (max. 30cm width) around one or both handles of the 1-2 loops 500kg bags for easy transport. The stretch fabric for wrapping around handles is placed on the machine. The bag is places on the machine. The stretch fabric is wrapped around the handle. The stretch fabric is tightened by a pneumatic system. Then the moveable sewing machine and knife starts to operate. While the fabric is being cut by the knife, at the same time the sewing is done just after. Then the sewing machine and the knife return to its original position. Then the bag is taken out from the machine. All these processes are done automatically after pressing the start button. The delivery time of the strapex machine is 30 days. |

Six station blade unit : In oven sacs industry the more wastage in the plant is generated during stoppage and restarting, especially during changing of the slitting blades. Because the blades can be used maximum 24 hours for solving this problem we are offering the six-station blade unit by which we can change the blades with out stopping the extruder. This contains surface grinded and chrome plated spacers to get more accuracy. Test rig: after producing the FIBC severl tests has to be conducted to check the strength of the bag.
